Alter Ego Closet does not offer refunds for any items, even if the clothes don't fit.

Please make sure to check sizes and details carefully before finalizing your rental. Contact us if you have any sizing questions.

 

Rental Returns

All rentals must be returned by the date selected at checkout using the prepaid shipping label included in your package. We understand delays happen -- if you know you'll be late, please contant us as soon as possible at hello@alteregocloset.com so we can work with you.
