Cleaning

A small cleaning fee is included in all rentals to ensure the quality and cleanliness of all items. 

Alter Ego Closet asks that NO attempts to clean an outfit be made, as this can sometimes cause damage. If fabrics are wrinkled from postage, simply hang the item in a steamy bathroom to help decrease. Please be careful with food, makeup, fake tan, lotions and other substances that could stain the garment. 

If an outfit requires additonal cleaning beyond normal wear, an invoice will be sent for the extra cleaning costs.

 

Late Fees

All rentals must be returned by the date selected at checkout using the prepaid shipping label included in your package. Late returns affect our ability to prepare items for the next client, so the following fees apply:

•Late fee: 10% of your rental price will be charged for each day an item is returned late.

•After 5 days late: the item will be considered lost or kept, and the customer will be charged the full retail value of the item.
